Anyone ordering engraved gifts are required to pay on ordering. If a large quantity of a particular item is ordered we may offer you the opportunity to split the payments, however no product will be released or dispatched until the full payment is received.

To book a production slot we ask for a booking fee of 50% of the total cost, the remaining balance is due 4 weeks before production of your stationery.
