Payment Plans for Wedding Stationery And Bulk Orders
We are pleased to offer payment plans for all wedding stationery orders over £250 or bulk engraving purchases over £250, subject to prior approval. Our payment plans allow you to spread the cost of your order over time, making it easier to manage your budget while still getting the beautiful stationery you desire.
How It Works
To initiate a payment plan, a non-refundable booking fee of 50% of the order value will be required when placing your order. This secures your booking and allows us to start working on your personalised stationery items. The remaining balance can be split into a maximum of 6 payments, providing you with the flexibility you need.
Please note that no items will be dispatched until the full payment has been completed. We want to ensure that you receive your stationery in perfect condition and on time for your special day.
Changes to Order and Final Payment Adjustment
We understand that the number of guests may not be confirmed until you receive your RSVPs. We anticipate that there might be some slight changes to the quantities of items like place cards. Don’t worry! We will adjust your final payment accordingly, either increasing or decreasing it to accommodate any necessary changes.
To make the payment process as convenient as possible for you, we offer various payment methods:
- Bank transfers
- Card payments online, over the phone, and in-store
- Stripe and PayPal payments online
- Apple Pay and Google Pay (in-store only)

- Late payment fees of £20.00 per late payment may be charged if payments are not made on time. We kindly ask you to adhere to the agreed payment schedule to avoid any additional charges.
