The seating plans are supplied to be displayed on an easel, however we offer an option that comes with a wooden stand allowing the seating plan to be displayed on a table top.

As a guide the seating plans can comfortably fit the following tables on them using the rock band layout:
– A3 would accommodate top table and 5 other tables
– A2 would accommodate top table and up to 8 other tables
– A1 would accommodate top table and up to 12 other tables

Your guests names will be required 3 weeks prior to your wedding date typed via email or our client portal to avoid spelling errors. We will them produce a electronic PDF wording document for you to check the layout, names and to make any final changes before engraving. It is not possible to make any changes once the engraving has begun.
